2.) Consult with our dentist and make out an appointment for your dental treatment |

In order to be able to draw up a treatment and cost-plan for you, we will surely need an up-to-date panoramic X-ray ( also known as OPG) about your teeth. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
It is a good idea to visit your local dentist first and get the X-ray and a treatment plan. You can send them to us via e-mail, fax or post and then based on the data we can provide you with an accurate quote for the work needed. |

Once we have received the x-ray and treatment plan we will evaluate it and get back to you with a quote and further information on your travel and accommodation. |

3.) Appointments and travel arrangements |

If you are happy with our treatment and cost- offer we can then make out an appointment suiting for you with the dentist. |
|

If you wish we can help you find the most suitable flight and accomodation. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
After we agree on a time frame we will make all the needed arrangements. We can book your hotel, assign your flights and arrange for your pickup. We can also make extra arrangements such as car rental, train, bus or air travel to nearby cities, or special treatments at the Hévíz thermal spa. |

If you arrange your flight and book your accomodation for yourself, please inform us about the number of your flight so that we can arrange a pick-up service for you! |

4.) You are expected! |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Upon arrival you will be met by our chauffeur at the airport. Look for someone holding a name sign at the arrivals hall once you have cleared Customs at the airport . Our pickup service will then take you to your hotel or apartment. Since you will most likely be tired we will then leave you to settle in, get refreshed and rest up from your journey. |

After you have settled in we will be available at your convenience to discuss further details regarding your dental work and your stay in Hungary. |

Usually you will already have your first dental appointment the following day. We will pick you up and take you to your dentist's office and introduce you to the dentist and the team where your treatment plan and schedule as well as costs will be agreed. |
